Eligibility Criteria

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to mint, buy, or sell Digital Assets.
• Geographic Location: Participation is open to individuals worldwide, except where prohibited by local law or regulation. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their involvement complies with local laws and regulations.
• Account Verification: Participants must have a verified Discord account to engage with community activities and for communication purposes.

Required Actions for Participation

• KYC Verification: All participants wishing to purchase NFTs or participate in raffles for event tickets must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process is necessary to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and to verify the identity of each participant.
• Registration for Events: Participants must register for events through the provided channels on our Discord server or website. Registration details and deadlines will be communicated well in advance of each event.
• Prize Claims: Winners of raffles or competitions must validate their entry by providing necessary personal information and completing additional verifications if required. This may include confirming travel readiness, such as passport validity and visa requirements.

Compliance with Terms

• Agreement to Terms: By participating in the NFT sale or associated events, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules or guidelines provided by FR3.
• Privacy Agreement: Participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, particularly concerning the handling of KYC information and event registrations.

Ticketing Process and Selection of Winners

• Raffle Process: Event tickets, along with airline tickets, will be awarded through a raffle that will be conducted shortly after the NFT launch. This ensures every participant has an equal chance of winning post-launch.
• Selection of Winners: Winners are chosen through a transparent, automated raffle system to ensure fairness. The algorithm used for the selection is designed to be unbiased and audited for integrity.
• Notification and Winner Confirmation: Winners will be notified via their registered email associated with their Discord account. They must confirm their acceptance of the prize within one week of notification to proceed with the booking process.

Prize Inclusions

• Event Tickets: Access to specific events as detailed at the time of the raffle announcement.
• Airline Tickets: Round-trip economy class airfare to the event location will be provided. Booking will occur after winners are confirmed and necessary travel documents are verified to ensure availability.
• Hotel Accommodations: Winners will stay at a luxurious hotel. Accommodations are arranged post-winner confirmation and are based on double occupancy.

Prize Exclusions

• Travel Insurance: Winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. It is recommended that insurance covers any unforeseen circumstances during the trip.
• Visas and Travel Documents: Winners are responsible for securing all necessary travel documents, including visas. All associated costs and arrangements for these documents are the responsibility of the winners.
• Personal Expenses: Winners will need to cover personal expenses such as meals not included with the hotel stay, souvenirs, and personal transportation.

Additional Terms

• Booking Process: Once winners confirm their acceptance of the prize, we will require their personal information to proceed with booking flights and accommodations. This process is contingent on the verification of all required travel documents.
• Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner does not confirm their prize within one week, the prize may be forfeited. We reserve the right to select an alternate winner or reallocate the prize in subsequent raffles.
• Compliance with Local Laws: Participants must adhere to the legal requirements of both their home jurisdiction and the event location. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Unforeseen Changes or Cancellations of Events

Disclaimer: FR3 and its affiliates are not responsible for any changes or cancellations of events due to external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will make efforts to notify participants as soon as possible and provide alternatives or solutions, but no guarantees can be made for rescheduling or refunding.

Travel Disruptions

Limitations of Liability: FR3 will not be held liable for disruptions in travel arrangements including but not limited to flight cancellations, delays, or lost luggage. While we assist in arranging travel bookings, the ultimate responsibility for the delivery of these services rests with the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, travel agencies). Participants are encouraged to have comprehensive travel insurance to cover these risks.

Health Issues

Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. FR3 does not assume liability for any personal illness, injuries, or health-related issues that occur during the event or as a result of travel to and from the event. Again, participants are strongly advised to secure adequate health and travel insurance.

Other Potential Liabilities

General Limitations: FR3, including its directors, employees, and partners, will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by participants beyond the provision of the tickets as specified in the raffle prize details. This includes but is not limited to indirect or consequential losses such as loss of enjoyment or financial losses arising from any changes to the event details or cancellations.

Indemnification

Participant Responsibility: By accepting the prize, winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless FR3 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation in the event, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or travel to and from the event.
